CB700SC'84 The CB700SC'84 Nighthawk "S" was sold in 1984 in one of two color schemes: Black with Red or Black with Blue. The color panels were on the tank, side covers, rear fender, and fairing. The color panels were outlined with a color matching pinstripe. The left side fork leg was black with a white "TRAC" logo. The engine was a 696cc DOHC 4-valve inline four linked to a 6-speed transmission and driving a shaft to the rear wheels. The serial number began JH2RC200*EM000014.
CB700SC'85 The CB700SC'85 Nighthawk "S" was sold in 1985 in one of two color schemes: Black with Red or Black with Blue. The color panels were outlined with white pinstripes. The left side fork leg was solid black. The speedometer numbers were in increments of 10 (e.g., 15, 25, 35, 45, etc.). The engine was a 696cc DOHC 4-valve inline four linked to a 6-speed transmission and driving a shaft to the rear wheels. The serial number began JH2RC200*FM100001.
CB700SC'86 The CB700SC'86 was sold in 1986 and came in one of two color schemes: Black with Candy Alamoana Red or Candy Aleutian Blue with Shasta White. The black bike had red panels outlined with orange stripes; but the blue bike had white panels outlined with red stripes. The wheels, engine, and "velocity stack" covers were solid black. The left side fork leg was solid black. The speedometer numbers were in increments of 10 (e.g., 15, 25, 35, 45, etc.). The engine was a 696cc DOHC 4-valve inline four linked to a 6-speed transmission and driving a shaft to the rear wheels. The serial number began JH2RC200*GM200001
